Terms of Service

By purchasing services from Innovation Media Labs LLC, you agree to these Terms.

Innovation Media Labs provides website creation, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services.

Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial.

• No payment is collected during the trial.
• Your payment method is securely stored through Stripe for future billing.

Unless canceled before the end of the trial:

• A one-time Website Setup Fee of $460 will be charged.
• The first month’s Website Plan ($35/month) will also be charged.

Your first payment after the trial is $495.

After that:

• $35/month is billed automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time.

If canceled before the trial ends:

• No charges will be made.

If canceled after billing has occurred:

• Future recurring charges will stop.
• Charges already processed are governed by our Refund Policy.

Custom development work requested outside the standard website plan may require separate approval and payment.

• You agree to provide accurate information and maintain access to your payment method.
• You are responsible for any content you provide for your website.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Innovation Media Labs retains ownership of its software, systems, templates, automation, and proprietary technology.
• Upon payment, customers receive the right to use the completed website as part of their subscription.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovation Media Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
